Return Policy

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is due to the nature of the products that we sell. Once the products are sold and shipped we cannot resell them should the products be returned or exchanged for other products.

Ordering Policy

We ask you to carefully review/check your order prior to submitting your order, to ensure that you receive the items that you want. Please read our return policy carefully.

You have up to 48 hours in which you can cancel your order. Please e-mail customerservice@hawaiiinabasket.net to cancel your order, please make sure to include the details of your order. If a shipping confirmation has been sent prior to us receiving your request to cancel your order, we will not cancel your order.

Shipping Policy

Currently we use the U.S. Postal Service and/or UPS to ship our packages.

Usually orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days, however, please be aware that some orders may take up to 10 days to ship.
